Ramallah ramp resurfaced

The mini-pipe is rebuilt, and SkatePAL classes are officially back up in Ramallah! A huge thank you to Maen Hammad who has been organising classes there and resurfaced the ramp with help from Majd Ramadan and Ben Kuhlmann.
